Account Manager New Business

To realize Change Makers' growth ambitions, I am looking for an Account Manager New Business with a focus on the province of North Brabant. This role is all about paying attention to our clients & colleagues.

The Valid Change Makers stand for the successful implementation of change at our clients. Together we approach each change project with a broad view: our approach focuses not only on implementation, but also on the impact on people, organization, processes and communication. This enables us to put clients in a better position to actually improve results.

This is what you will do

As Account Manager New Business at Valid Change Makers, you will build a new customer base and maintain existing relationships, particularly in the province of North Brabant. You are a result-oriented sales professional. You have a good view on market development and support our mission. You are a sparring partner for the customer and know how to meet their needs with appropriate solutions.

In short: a driving role to grow our business together with a team of professionals and a super cool client portfolio.

Your responsibilities

• You recognize new sales opportunities and actively approach prospects;
• You actively maintain contacts with existing customers and build customer relationships, in collaboration with your Valid sales colleagues;
• You analyze client needs and advise clients on the best solutions in the areas of Project Management, Change Management, Agile and Business Analysis.

What we expect from you:

• You have a proven track record in a sales role, preferably in a consulting environment;
• You have an excellent network within the Change Makers portfolio in the province of North Brabant;
• You have a results-oriented and proactive attitude;
• You have excellent communication skills and persuasiveness;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbal and written.
