Your impact

Strategic leadership: You will develop and implement a future-proof information security policy that seamlessly aligns with our organizational goals. In doing so, you work closely with management and the security team.
Security-awareness: You create support and stimulate security awareness throughout the organization. With awareness programs and training, you make employees co-responsible for cybersecurity.
Compliance & certifications: You are the driving force behind achieving and maintaining critical certifications such as ISO27001, NIS2 and DORA.
Risk Management: You analyze and minimize security risks and communicate clearly on technical issues to both management and operational teams.
Innovation: You stay abreast of the latest security trends and technologies and translate them into practical applications within Valid and our clients.

What you can expect from us:

A salary up to €7800;

What we expect from you:

WO working and thinking level in the field of ICT and/or risk management.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a CISO within an MSP environment.
Knowledge of the Microsoft stack and security solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Purview and Azure Security Center.
Experience with ISO27001, NIS2, DORA and how to practically apply these compliance requirements.
Change management skills; you know how to overcome resistance and embed security in the corporate culture.
Strong communication skills; you switch effortlessly between management, clients and operational teams.
A pragmatic and results-oriented mindset; you get things done.
