Cyber Security Analyst

This is what you will do

• Incident triage and analysis: You independently triage and analyze security incidents. You interact with service teams such as back-end infrastructure (Azure) and workplace management (Endpoint Manager) to implement security improvements that strengthen the security of our systems. 
• Working with Microsoft Sentinel, KQL and Defender XDR: With your experience in Microsoft Sentinel and the KQL language, you will ensure effective threat detection and mitigation. You'll also work with the Microsoft Defender XDR suite (such as Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office and Defender for Identity) to proactively identify threats and deploy countermeasures. 
• Mentoring and collaboration: In addition to your primary duties, you will eventually assist junior analysts in incident resolution and actively share your knowledge within the team. 
• Proactive security improvements: You identify opportunities to optimize security tooling and processes and make improvement suggestions to raise security standards. 

What you can expect from A Great Place To Work:

• A salary between €3000 and €4000;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cyber Security Analyst, at least 1 year of which must be specifically with Microsoft Sentinel. 
• Microsoft SC-200 certification is required, or demonstrated relevant knowledge. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. 
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH or other security-related certifications are a plus.
