What does your workday at Valid look like?

  • Preparing employment contracts and answering any questions the applicant may have about terms and conditions of employment;
  • Process all administrative HR processes, think about in and out of employment, promotions and other mutations;
  • You are first contact when it comes to colleagues' absence. This means that you process sickness and sickness reports in the system and you liaise with our occupational health and safety service about absence cases;
  • You act as the first point of contact for employees and contribute to continuous optimization of HR processes by improving, simplifying and unifying them;
  • Maintaining HR information on our HR information page so that everything is always up to date; 
  • Take care of the complete administration, mutation processing and contract monitoring of our fleet. You are the central point of contact for fleet matters and the contact person towards our leasing companies;
  • Ensure quality and safety: Proactively conduct quarterly and annual audits, participate in ISO audits, and maintain the RI&E to ensure highest standards and a safe work environment.

What we expect from you
  • Willingness to work 32 to 40 hours per week;
  • An MBO or HBO degree in Personnel Management, Human Resources or similar field;
  • Whether you have 5 years of experience in an HR position or are a recent graduate with an HR background, experience is not the most important thing to us;
  • Excellent communication skills, with a results-oriented attitude;
  • Extensive experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of labor conditions processes.
