Information Security Officer

This is what you will do

You are a valuable advisor who takes our organization to the next level of security. With your keen eye, you continuously analyze our internal security-related processes and advise on powerful improvements. You keep a close eye on the effectiveness and efficiency of our security measures and perform operational analyses to continuously optimize.
Your advisory role extends beyond our walls. You actively support and advise our internal stakeholders, keeping them informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field of information security. As a valuable sounding board for the CISO, you support the shaping of our information security plan. But you don't stand still. You keep your eyes and ears open for new trends and technologies within your area of expertise. In this way, you stay ahead of the curve and ensure that our organization remains fully protected against the latest threats. Your expertise is invaluable!

Your responsibilities

In this versatile role, you will take the lead in:

• Monitor security measures and our Information Security Management System;
• Setting up, facilitating and optimizing our Business Continuity Plan
• Develop and implement information security and privacy mitigation measures;
• Initiate, follow up, monitor, evaluate and adjust security measures;Write and maintain our information security policy framework;
• Achieve and maintain ISO 27001 certification for our Managed Services;
• Establish and optimize Security Management processes;

What we expect from you:

• HBO working and thinking level in the field of ICT and/or risk management;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of information security;
• Demonstrated experience in consulting, (co-)developing and implementing solutions:
• Ability to think conceptually and proven analytical skills;
