Back Office Clerk

What will you do?

  • Manage calendars: Keep everything running smoothly and make sure everyone is on time.
  • Arrange meeting rooms: Find the perfect place for meetings and arrange good catering.
  • Schedule training and exams: Organize everything from A to Z, including travel.
  • Ordering Supplies: From gift cards to office supplies, you take care of it!

    In addition:
  • Hoursheets: Process and correct timesheets with an eye for detail.
  • Organizing Events: Help with induction days and other fun events.
  • Onboarding: Make new employees feel welcome.

What you can expect from 'A Great Place To Work'

  • A salary between €2300 and €2800 per month
  • A minimum commitment of 32 hours per week
  • Ability to work hybrid.
