In brief:

As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you are the driving force behind maintaining, optimizing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work with complementary products such as Avepoint, Exclaimer and Simeon Cloud and have a keen eye for security and regulatory compliance.

Your daily duties will include

  • Together as a team, you are responsible for day-to-day management in which automation is a key focus. 
  • You will transcend everyday management and become a crucial player in the Microsoft 365 projects at our customers.
  • You will be actively involved in discussions with your colleagues where you will have your voice heard in the innovation process of our solutions.
  • You play a vital role in striving to continuously improve our services.
  • Explore the capabilities of Microsoft 365 with your colleagues in a digital journey. 
Your team

Together with over 15 other direct colleagues, you will form a passionate and close-knit customer team. The team consists of Service Desk and Local Support employees, Network Engineers and Microsoft Consultants, working from Eindhoven or at one of Valid's customers. We have an approachable and informal culture and invest a lot in your personal development.

What we expect from you to excel in this role
  • A completed MBO or HBO education in IT provides the optimal foundation;
  • Microsoft 365 certifications are the backbone of the expertise this role requires;
  • Practical experience, crucial for both customer support and effective collaboration with colleagues and diverse teams, requires strong communication skills;
  • You have strong problem solving skills to respond quickly and effectively to 3rd line incidents;
  • Customer focus is paramount as we strive to improve our customers' productivity and satisfaction;
  • Both independently and as part of a team, you demonstrate quality, working efficiently based on priorities;
  • You have a good command of both Dutch and English languages, allowing you to communicate effectively even in an international environment.
Salary:

€3500,00 - €4800,00
