Service Delivery Manager

This is what you will do

You go beyond just maintaining customer satisfaction; you actively drive improvements and innovations in our services. With a proactive approach, you bring forward concrete improvement proposals and work with the operational customer team to provide the best solutions. You are not only a manager of existing customer relationships, but also a forerunner in identifying new opportunities and supporting our BID office in pre-sales activities.

• Do you have the necessary experience and expertise in infrastructure concepts and outsourcing?

• Do you have a good command of both Dutch and English?
• Are you the rock, stress-resistant and able to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously with finesse?
• Do you make decisions with customer satisfaction and maximization of customer returns in mind?
